'Admix Grooving' has evolved from mixtures and textures of musical movements. Adding, Mixing and "switching" between various styles and influences, paying respect to the diverse culture it comes from. Every Friday evening between 7-8pm.

All things Considered'All Things Considered' - A lifestyle programme bringing information on all sorts of things - some History, Recipes, Life's Little Instructions - along with plenty of varied music. Every Wednesday morning (except the last of the month) between 10-11am.

SmoothGroove'Offworld Show' with SmoothGroove. DJ Extraordinaire and Pioneer for 21 years. His passion for music is obvious and it is fodder for his very survival.

The Paul Griffiths Show'The Paul Griffiths Show' will vary weekly, with music ranging from 50s Rock 'n' Roll to Club Classics, includes local information and goings on, to keep his local listeners 'in the know'. Every Wednesday evening between 6-7pm.

Juke Box HourDavid Tyrrell's Juke Box Hour. Take a trip through the decades with the monthly show that features Rock & Roll, Soul, Rockabilly, Blues, Rhythm & Blues, Folk, Psychedelic Rock and Classic Rock .

Discovering Opera

Discovering Opera. Opera is a big music theatre genre. Well known operas are introduced to you monthly by Cristina Burns. Every last Wednesday of the month between 10-11am.

SportSport - Monthly Round-Up. Delia brings you news of sports activity in the Deben Valley area and comment and advice about sport in general. This is a monthly programme that relies on your involvement.

Suffolk Coast and Heaths AONB. This is a 3 monthly regular programme Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. Lynn Allen and Nick Marsh both Countryside Officers with particular responsibilty for volunteers. The Unit is responsible for the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) which is one of Britains finest landscapes.
